Advantage Waste Systems Assumes No Responsibility or Liability For Industrial Steel Waste / Recycling Containers Placed On Any Surfaces, which includes but is not limited to staining, scratches/gouging on concrete, indentation caused by weight of container feet, indentation caused by wood place under the feet on surfaces asphalt/concrete /interlock, discoloration, or damage caused by waste material leaking from inside unsealed containers onto surfaces which may cause, rust marks, spotting, staining, streaks and other manner of demarcation and harm to driveways, we urge containers be limited as to the amount of time they remain on surfaces.

Clients renting containers are advised  to take all precautions to protect the surface, ensure current sealing of concrete driveways,  place containers on grass and dirt areas or acquire permits where they may remain on the city roads.
